YOUR REFLECTIONS ARE YOURS.
Your journal entries and reflection responses are private to your account. SEAT staff cannot read them — access is blocked at the database level. The only content we ever see is what you explicitly send us, like a support or guidance message.
You can download or delete your data anytime from Settings.
WHO WE ARE

– Account information: email address and password
– Practice data: which meditations you’ve completed, reflection entries
– Messages: support messages and guidance requests you send through the app
– Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type
WHY WE COLLECT IT
– To provide and personalise your meditation practice experience
– To track your progress and practice streak
– To respond to your messages and guidance requests
– To improve the Service
– To process your subscription (handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record)
LEGAL BASIS
We process your data based on: performance of our contract with you (providing
the Service), your consent (where applicable), and our legitimate interests in
improving the Service.

– Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, for subscription management, payments,
tax compliance, and invoicing
– Service providers — hosting and infrastructure (to provide the Service)
